Start your Christmas and New Year festivities with fresh oysters straight from Printhie's innovative oyster tank. We've crafted two different oyster pack options for you to choose from - Shucked and Unshucked. However please note only unshucked are available for Christmas. Packs can be picked up 24 December for Christmas or 31 December for New Year's from the Cellar Door between 11am and 5pm. Oysters are sold by the dozen. 

• Shucked Oyster Pack - includes your shucked Sydney Rock Oysters with a Tasmanian pepper berry vinaigrette. Oysters will be shucked just prior to your arrival and will last beautifully until New Years in your fridge. Oysters sold by the dozen.

• Unshucked Oyster Pack - includes your unshucked Sydney Rock Oysters with a Tasmanian pepper berry vinaigrette. Oysters sold by the dozen.

These oysters are from Printhie's innovative oyster tank located at our Cellar Door. We shipped water from the Clyde River so they have been living in their home away from home. These are the freshest oysters away from the coast.
