Meet the Producer Truffle Dinner with RedGround Truffles

In partnership with RedGround Truffles of Oberon, Printhie Dining is presenting a four course ‘meet the producer’ truffle dinner celebrating one of Australia's finest seasonal delicacies.

Throughout the evening, RedGround Truffles owners Jill and Neil O'Grady will share the story behind truffle cultivation and the unique growing conditions of the Central West, offering an insight into how these remarkable fungi are grown, harvested and best enjoyed.

The menu will showcase the rich aroma and flavour of fresh Alpine grown Australian black truffles and guests may also have the opportunity to experience RedGround’s rare Spring White Truffle if nature delivers in time. While we can't guarantee their arrival, if they are ready, they'll make a very special appearance on the night.

Ticket price includes the four course menu and a welcome Swift Cuvée. Wine, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase on the evening. Wine Club Member discounts apply on the night.
