Printhie Dining encompasses the ideal of destination dining in the heart of agriculture inspired by the Swift family’s history.

Our menus are anchored in quality, uncomplicated, thoughtful cooking where integrity of the produce and its flavour is paramount. Our philosophy is grounded in fresh, seasonal ingredients that are gathered from our property or sourced from regional producers and purveyors. Some are even foraged from the surrounding forests.

This booking link is for groups of 11 to 16 people for dining in the Private Cellar from Thursday to Sunday. Please note a 10% service fee is charged for groups over 8 people. 

Four course degustation $130 p/p. 

Deposit of $50 p/p is required at time of booking and is put towards your final bill. The deposit is non-refundable if booking cancelled within 24 hrs. Please note we do not offer a children's menu - all patrons are charged the same rate.
