Throughout the experience, you'll see Printhie's innovative oyster tank, have the opportunity to engage with our talented chefs, ask questions and learn about the intricate details of each dish. With personalised attention and insight into the creative process, 'The Chef's Table' promises an evening with a difference. The table itself was built by our team member Greg, who also runs the fly fishing experience.


Perfect for food enthusiasts and those seeking a truly immersive dining experience, 'The Chef's Table' at Printhie Dining provides an opportunity for you to learn how we focus on seasonality, provenance and the rich agricultural history of the Swift family. 


Available for dinner from Thursday to Friday for a set four-course degustation (plus some little extras along the way just for you).

 

THE DETAILS

$190 p/p includes the set four course degustation with a complimentary glass of Swift Sparkling to start. You'll be seated in an exclusive dining setting at a specially crafted table on the end of the Chef's prep bench in the heart of the action. Wine and oysters are additional. You may like to start with a cocktail or opt in for the wine matching at $70 p/p.
