Winter Wreath Workshop with Bess Scott

- Duration: 5 Hours
- Location: Nashdale, NSW
A fifth-generation flower expert, Bess has a wealth of knowledge in the Australian flower industry and has trained with some of the world’s most renowned floral designers and installation artists. Her signature style celebrates the wild and uniquely beautiful nature of Australian native flowers - raw, textural and bursting with seasonal character. Bess has also established a beautiful shop in Paddington, Sydney.
August is a peak time in the native flower calendar, with many Australian wildflowers at their best. This workshop is the perfect opportunity to discover the variety and beauty of florals available at this time of year.
Held in Printhie’s cellar door in front of the large open fire to warm your winter morning, this hands-on workshop will guide you in creating a winter-inspired wreath using native wildflowers and grapevine canes from Printhie's vineyards. Your creation will not only last for weeks but will also dry beautifully to enjoy well beyond the season.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Swift Sparkling Rosé on arrival, followed by a sparkling rosé brunch curated by the team at Printhie Dining.
Don’t miss this opportunity to meet Bess and learn from one of Australia’s best florists.
