PRINTHIE DINING

Printhie Dining epitomises the essence of destination dining in the heart of the Orange region wine country, drawing inspiration from the rich agricultural history of the Swift family. Our menus are crafted with a focus on quality, simplicity and thoughtful preparation, prioritising the integrity of the produce and its flavours. We are committed to using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from our property or from trusted regional producers and purveyors, with some treasures even foraged from the surrounding forests.

We welcome guests for lunch Friday to Sunday, and dinner from Thursday to Saturday for a set four-course degustation menu priced at $130 per person.

THE DETAILS

To secure your reservation, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your final bill. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours. Kindly note that we do not offer a children's menu, all patrons are charged the same rate. Each reservation is for a two-hour sitting starting from the booking time, ensuring a relaxed and delightful dining experience for all our guests.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Printhie Dining makes every effort to accommodate guests with food allergies, however please note that nuts, oysters, gluten, onion, garlic and other similar cooking ingredients are routinely used in the kitchen as part of normal daily preparation. As a result, a complete lack of any trace of these ingredients cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately not all dietary preferences are able to be accommodated including no garlic and/or onion.

As Printhie Wines is situated in a regional destination, it’s essential to advise any special dietary needs at the time of reservation. We will do our best to tailor menus accordingly whilst providing the opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of premium regional produce. Should notice not be provided in advance, our chefs will not be able to create a different degustation menu at such short notice. We regret we are unable to prepare meals requiring strict religious observance in the preparation.
