This year's Vintner's Table is dedicated entirely to sparkling wine. Join Ed and Dave Swift for an evening celebrating the wines that have helped establish the Swift Sparkling range among Australia's best traditional method producers.

A four course dinner by Printhie Dining will be matched to both a Swift Sparkling wine and a selected Champagne. The evening is an opportunity to compare new and old world sparkling as well as exploring the unique expressions of the world's finest sparkling wine regions side by side.

The evening will begin with oysters and sparkling on arrival before guests take their seats in the Private Cellar with Ed and Dave, who will share stories from the family's sparkling winemaking journey, insights into traditional method production and the inspiration behind the Swift Sparkling collection.

You will get to taste the 2026 Decanter Platinum Medal winning wine, the Swift 2011 Blanc de Blancs.
